Lemon blueberry muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup Kashi go lean honey almond flax cereal1/2 cup oats1 container light lemon yogurt1/2 cup lemon juice2 tsp lemon zest2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda6 packets Truvia1/3 cup applesauce1 mashed banana1/4 cup soy milk1 cup blueberries
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients and blueberries together. Mash banana in a separate bowl and add all other wet ingredients. Stir wet into dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Scoop into muffin cups that have been sprayed with PAM. Cook at 400 for 20 minutes.
