Ingredients
Cabbage, one large head, about 7 in diameterYellow sweet corn, canned 1.5 cupHunt's diced Tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlicCanned Pinto beans, 1.5 cups1 raw onion, med, chopped 1 cup chopped carrotsLow sodium beef bullion cubes or granules, 2 tsp.1 tsp black pepper1 tbsp evoo8 cups waterhot pepper sauce, 4 tsp (optional)
Directions
Combine water, ev v o, cabbage, carrots and onion in large pot. Cook for 20 min, add all other ingredients and cook and additional 20 min. Serve piping hot. Makes 12 , 1 c servings.
