Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

2.5 cups Fat free Chicken Stock1 cup Onions, raw2 cups Carrots, raw1 cup Celery, raw, diced 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup1 tbsp Savory, ground, 1 tbsp2 tbsp Dill weed, dried1 tsp Pepper, black1.5 Chicken Breast, no skin, bone and skin removed1.33 cups Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only).5 cup Milk, nonfat3 tsp Garlic3 tbsp Olive Oil
Makes 4 - 6 servings
Set crockpot to High. Add chicken stock.
Cut up vegetables and add to the pot. Add savory and dill. Chop chicken and lightly sautee with olive oil and garlic. Add to crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours. Do not remove lid. After four hours, mix together bisquick and milk and spoon 4 - 6 dumplings on top of mixture. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Turn off, allow to cool for 15-20 minutes. Lightly add ground pepper to taste. Serve and eat.
