Best Chinese Chicken Salad

Chicken for Salad:12 oz. of chicken breast ~no skin~ (I like to use the tenderloins-they cook faster)1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder1/2 cup of low sodium soy sauceSalad:Use the ingredients you want for your own salad. I use: 4 cups of lettuce1 cucumber slicedcherry tomatoes halved1/2 cup of sliced carrots1/2 cup of cauliflower1 cup of broccoli Add cheese if desired...Make It Personal!!!Topping: Chow Mein NoodlesRanch Dressing (or any dressing you desire)Serves 4
Cook chicken thoroughly.
While chicken is cooking prepare the salad. (Remeber use what you enjoy in a salad.)
When chicken is cooked, remove from heat.
Cube the chicken and put back in the pan.
Add garlic powder and soy sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Add the chicken to your salad.
Top with chow mein noodles and dressing.
Enjoy!!!
