Corn Beef Hash

Ingredients
White Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Libby's Canned Corned Beef (1/2 can), 2 serving *Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
Directions
chop/dice potatoes and add to fry pan w/ tbsp of canola oil. cover with lid and cook till tender with diced onions.

chop up can of corned beef and add to pan, uncovered and heat while stirring. I like it "crunchy" so let it sit on the bottom for some time on medium heat.
