Ingredients
530 gr cooked and drained lentils, I use a can, rinsed.5 cup lowfat plain yogurt2 TBLSP Dijon mustard1 TBLSP vinegar1 tsp thyme.25 tsp pepper250 ham cubed.75 cup chopped celery.75 cup chopped red onion
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Make dressing out of yogurt, dijon, vingar, thyme, pepper

Toss with the rest of ingredients, chill.
