1 lb stewing beef4 medium carrots, cut into 1 in. chunks4 medium potatoes m cut into 1 in, chunks 11 can 28 oz / 796 ml diced tomatoes, no salt added3 tbsp Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 2 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar1 tsp oregano,1 tsp thyme,1 cup beef broth, tomato juice or water
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place all ingredients in ovenproof casserole or Dutch oven - mix until evenly combined. Cover tightly.
Cook for 4 hours.
