Ingredients
1/2 cup garbanzo beans1 tsp olive oil1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1/2 cup fresh broccoli, chopped1/2 cup summer squash, chopped3 kalamata olives, sliced1/8 cup reduced fat feta cheese, crumbledPepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Directions
Drain and rinse chickpeas and put in bowl. Add broccoli, squash, olives, and feta cheese. Add olive oil and vinegar; toss to coat. Season to taste. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour to chill.
