Italian Stuffed Chicken breast

Ingredients
3 oz Chcienken breast1 T Cream cheese1/2 oz motzerella cheese1 T parmesan cheesefresh basil1 slice of pancetta (optional)
Directions
Serving size: serves 1
Cream together cream cheese, motzerella cheese, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
Split the chicken breast open long ways (so it is even and thin)
Place the basil leaves on the chicken breast close to the edge.
On one edge of the chicken breast place cream cheese mixture. Fold the chicken over. Top with 1 slice of pancetta (optional)
Bake in 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (juices will run clear)
