Pineapple Glaze

Ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice3/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup mustard
Directions
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until reduced and "saucy"

Serve over cooked chicken, pork, rice, or anything else you enjoy pineapple with.

Serving size is 2 tbsp, approximately 100 calories.
