1 cup chopped celery1/2 large onion chopped3 tablespoons butter16 ounces imitation crabmeat1 cup light mayonnaiseSpices to taste
1. In a medium skillet, saute the onions in the butter for 3 minutes, or until onions are tender.
2. Stir in imitation crabmeat and celery, and saute for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and put mixture into a medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise. Season to taste. May be served warm or cold.
