Ingredients
2 carrots8 celery stalks1 apple (tart)1 tomato (approx. 3 inch size)1 beet root (approx. 2 inch size)1/2 inch piece of gingera sprig of mint (optional)
Directions
1. Wash all vegetables
2. Quarter apple, tomato, and beet root
3. Place them in the juicer one by one and enjoy the wonderful treat!

NOTE: Preparation time is only for washing and juicing the vegetables.

    Altho it is a gorgeous beet-red color, I didn't care for the thick consistency of this smoothie, so I added 2 c of ice cubes to dilute it a little. I liked the flavor tho, similar to a virgin bloody Mary. 6 veggies in a glass - can't "beet" that! - 11/23/10
