Rice balls

Ingredients
White Rice, glutinous, 1 cup uncookedChicken Broth, 1 cupWater 3 cupsParmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbspOlive Oil, enough to frysalt and pepper
Directions
Cook rice in broth and water. Season with salt and pepper. Let most of liquid be absorbed until rice is "sticky".
Place one quarter rice in plastic wrap, top qith one tbsp cheese and forma a ball.
Fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil in rack.
Serve warm. Four servings.
