Easy Italian Chicken Primavera

Ingredients
3 plum tomatoes, chopped1 medium zucchini, chopped1 cup chopped, draind marinated artichoke hearts1 clove garlic, finely chopped6 oz. chicken breast, cooked and cut into chunks2 T. fresh basil, chopped2 1/2 cups whole wheat spaghetti, cooked1 T. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook and stir tomatoes, zucchini, artichokes and garlic in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until zucchini is crisp-tender. Add chicken and basil; stir. Cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve over the hot, cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate leftovers for a cold pasta salad the next day!
