Creamy Polenta

Ingredients
Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup Milk, 2%, 3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .75 cup Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat milk just until starting to boil. Slowly whisk in cornmeal, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper. Serve immediately!
