Ingredients
1lb ground turkey.5C fresh mushrooms1C green peppers chopped2C del monte spaghetti sauce1C shredded mozzarella cheese2 eggs1C 1%milk1C flour
Directions
preheat oven to 350- brown turkey, drain add in sauce and allow to simmer while chopping veggies, you can add whatever you want in. put mixture in a sprayed 13x9 pan ( i used EVOO spray), add in veggies, top with mozzarella cheese

in bowl mix eggs, milk, salt and flour - pour over meat mixture

bake for 20 - 25 mins or until the flour mixture is hardened!
