Wingless Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
1 can chicken (5 oz.)3 tsp. Texas Pete Hot Sauce1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning1 pkg. pizza dough mix12 oz. lowfat mozzarella cheese1/4 cp. chopped scallions
Directions
Mix up pizza dough and let sit for 5 minutes, covered to rise. While dough is rising, prepare anything else needed. When dough is finished, roll out onto a stone and bake for 5-7 minutes in a 425 degree oven (I have found that this makes for a better crust). While dough is cooking, warm up chicken, seasonings, hot sauce, and worcestershire. After 7 minutes, pull dough out and begin forming the pizza. Place mixture on the pizza and top with cheese. Final topping should be the scallions. Cook for an additional 10 minutes. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes and slice into 8 pieces. My crew loves this one!!!!
