Basic Whole Wheat bread (by Amber)

Ingredients
3 Cups of hot water6-7 cups of whole wheat flour1-2 cups white flour1 Tbsp. Salt1/3 Cup oil1/3 cup honey2 Tbsp. dough enhancer2 Tbsp. vital wheat gluten1 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
Directions
Combine all ingredients into mixer with dough hook. Start with only half the flour and add yeast last. Begin mixing, adding flour until dough cleans sides of the bowl. Knead 6 minutes or until gluten is fully developed. Remove from bowl and divide into loaves (This makes about three loaves). Form loaves and let rise covered in a warm area until doubled in size. About 20 minutes into rising preheat oven to 400 degrees. When loaves had doubled put into oven and drop temperature to 325. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bread is golden brown on top and sounds 'hollow' when you tap it. Remove from oven and brush tops with butter (this helps prevent it from betting hard).

    Oh no! Sorry. I'll have to figure out how to edit. There are about 7 cups of wheat flour and 1 1/2 cups of white flour (although I've done all wheat and it turns out great). I did put flour into the nutritional information.
