Kelly's Awesome Chili

Ingredients
16 oz (1 lb.) Extra Lean Ground Turkey3/4C. Onion, Chopped3/4C. Green Pepper, chopped3/4C. Red Pepper, chopped1 can diced tomatoes, no salt added12 oz. V8 Hot and Spicy Tomato Juice1/4 C. Tomato Paste1 1/2 C. Black Beans1 T. EVOOSalt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder and crushed red pepper flake to taste.
Directions
Saute green pepper, red pepper, onion and ground turkey in 1 T. olive oil in dutch oven. When meat is no longer pink and veggies are crisp/tender, add tomatoes, black beans, V8 juice, tomato paste and spices to your taste. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down and let simmer for flavors to marry for 30 minutes on low heat.
Makes 6 2 cup servings. You can add reduced fat cheese and or light sour cream after chili has been put in bowls. **Note: the addition of these will alter calorie/fat content.**
