Rumbamel's Turkey Spam "Fried" rice

Ingredients
-1 1/2 c chopped onion-1 1/2 c chopped broccoli (I used fresh)-3 oz julienned carrot (I used my baby carrots)-2 t minced garlic-10.45 oz Turkey Spam (I had used some earlier for a sandwich for the kids, normally we would use the whole can)-1 T Kikkoman , low sodium soy sauce
Directions
--Add the onion, carrots, broccoli and garlic to a large skillet over med. to high heat and stir often for about 3 minutes until veggies just start to get tender.

--Add the soy sauce and stir. Then add the meat and reduce the heat to low. Stir every couple minutes until heated throughout, about 5-7 minutes.

--Great with brown rice (not calculated in the nutrition).

--Makes 4 servings of 1 c each.
