1.5 Tbsp Canola oil1 Onion diced3 Carrots chopped/diced3 Celery stalks chopped/diced2 Cloves Garlic diced1/8th Cup diced Jalapenos1.5 Tbsp Chili Powder1.5 Tsp Cumin Powder1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper2 Cans Tomato Sauce1 Can Diced Tomatoes2 Cans Red Kidney Beans1 Can Great Northern Beans.75 Cup Frozen Sweet Corn
Dice the carrots, celery, and onion.
Heat the oil in a soup pot then add the carrots, celery, onions, garlic, and jalapenos. Sautee about 10 min.
Add the chili powder, cumin, and cayenne. Mix it in well and sautee a minute or two.
Add the beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
Cover but let some steam escape, simmer about 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with what ever you like with chili.
