15 Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 bag of 15 bean soup dried beans1.5 lbs. ground turkey2c. chopped onion1 can of diced tomatoes1 tsp. chilli powder1 lemon (squeeze)1-2 garlic cloves
Directions
1. Place rinsed beans in 3 quarts of water.
2. Bring to rapid boil. Reduce heat, cover and continue boiling 60-70 min.
3. After 60 minutes, add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30-40 min.
4.Serve with whole what cheese toast.
