Ceci Bean/Tofu Spread

Ingredients
.5 Package Mori-Nu Extra Firm Silken Tofu.5 Cup Nutritional Yeast.5 Cup Vegenaise2 Cups cooked Ceci Beans
Directions
Mash the ceci beans and tofu together to get a nice chunky texture. Alternatively, whirl in a food processor if smooth texture is preferable.

Add Vegenaise and nutritional yeast -- as well as garlic, onions, oregano, or whatever spices you wish -- and mix thoroughly. Allow flavors to blend a few hours for best flavor. Serve with veggies as a dip or spread on bread.

One-half cup has been counted as a serving.
