Elysa's Lighter Kraft Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
One Box Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (7.25 oz)1/4 C Rice Dream Original Rice Milk1 Tbs Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
Directions
Bring water to a boil and cook macaroni noodles for 7.5 minutes.
Strain the noodles quickly so it reserves just the smallest amount of the starchy liquid. (This will help add flavor and thicken it up so you don't have to add as much margarine.)
Add rice milk, Smart Balance, and the package of cheesy goodness from your Kraft box.
Stir to mix well and try not to eat the whole box!! Yum! :)
This makes approximately 3-2.5 oz servings.
