Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) White Rice, long grain, 2 cup cooked (careful not to over cook rice)Egg Yolk, 2 large *Lemon Juice, .25 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Dill weed, fresh, .25 cup sprigs
simmer stock, transfer one cupo of stock to blender add 1/2 the cooked rice the egg yolk and lemmon juice puree until smooth...stir puree backinto simmering stock along with the chicken and the remaining rice simmer until thickened, stir in dill and serve
