1 1/2 lbs. Ground beef, lean1 cup Milk, 2%1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1/4 tsp Sage, ground1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Dry Mustard1/4 tsp Pepper, black2 cloves Garlic, minced1 small Onions, raw, Finely chopped1/2 cup Bread Crumbs - Italian StyleSauce for top-2 Tbsp Brown Sugar, packed1/2 cup Ketchup1/4 tsp (or less) Yellow Mustard-(optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Combined beef, milk, worcestershire, sage, salt, dry mustard, pepper, garlic, onion, and bread crumbs together in large mixing bowl. Pat tight together in a rectangle shape and place in loaf pan. Mix sauce and pour over top of loaf. Cook for 1-1 1/4 Hours. Must be 160 degrees in center of loaf.
