White and Semi Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 3/4 cups flour(white or whole wheat)1tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup salted butter1/2 cup apple sauce3/4 cup sugar3/4 cup brown sugar2 tsp vanilla1 large egg1 large egg white1 cup white chocolate chips1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Stir flour with baking soda and salt, set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, apple sauce and sugars on medium speed until creamy. Add egg white and whole egg, and vanilla, one at a time. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. stir in chips. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-11 min or until golden brown. yields 34-40 cookies.
