Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2 cans Pink Salmon, drained1/3 cup flour2 eggsOil to fry
Directions
Pour oil into pan and heat. Mix remaining ingredients together thoroughly. Spoon mixture into hot oil, pressing flat into "pattie". Fry for 2-4 minutes then flip and fry an additional 2 minutes or until brown. Makes 8 patties.
