Spaghetti Carbonara (WW Points 4 3/4 C serving)

6 oz spaghetti1 tbsp unsalted butter6 1 oz slices canadian bacon, trimmed of fat and cut into small pieces1 shallot finely chopped2 garlic cloves chopped4 oz fat free egg substitute1/4 C grated parmesan cheeseparsleypepper
1. Cook spaghetti according to directions on package
2. Melt butter in skillet, add canadian bacon, shallot and garlic; saute until brown - about 5 minutes
3. Drain pasta and immediately add to skillet; set skillet over low heat
4. Add egg substitute and cheese; toss to coat
5. Cook, stirring constantly until egg is just cooked about 2-3 minutes
6. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper. Serve immediately
