Ricotta Pancakes

Ingredients
3 tbs flour1 tsp sugar1 tsp baking powder1 egg or 1/4 cup egg sub1/2 cup ricotta
Directions
Heat griddle. Mix all ingredients. Once pan is hot, divide mixtures into 4 even servings and cook until bubbly. Flip and cook remaining side until brown.
Makes 4 pancakes
