Savory Ground Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey Breast1/4 C Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese1/2 C Dry Bread Crumbs, plain or seasoned1 Large Egg1/2 Tbsp. Basil, dried1 Tbsp. Parsley, dried1/2 tsp. Oregano, dried**Please note that fresh herbs can easily be substituted for the dried herbs
Directions
Mix all ingredients together lightly, but well, in a glass bowl. Form 1" meatballs by rolling the meat lightly in your palms. Coat a medium-sized saute pan with non-stick cooking spray, and saute the meatballs on all sides until done. Avoid burning the outside of the meatballs by turning them with a spoon or fork several times during cooking.

This recipe makes enough meatballs for about 4 people, allowing for 4 oz of meat per person.
