Ingredients
2 medium red potatoes1 medium turnip2 medium carrots1/2 medium to large onion1 cup celery chopped - include the inner leaves1 teaspoon chopped garlic2 table spoons olive oilsea salt to taste
Directions
chop all ingredients into small bite size pieces. Saute all in a large skillet over med high heat. Once the veggies start to stick to the bottom of the pan, lower heat to simmer and put lid on. Once the potatoes are soft, scrape up all the dark "bits" from the bottom of the pan and stir through the mixture. Sprinkle with a very small bit of sea salt and serve. Serves 4
