Chicken and Rice (w/Mushroom soup)

Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup1 cup milk (I use whole milk, since that's what we buy for the kids)2 cups white rice3 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook white rice as instructed. Set aside.
Defrost, cut and cook chicken. Set aside.
Combined soup and milk. Add cooked chicken and stir. In a casserole dish, pour soup/chicken mixture over rice, and top with cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted.
