6 lean pork chops (aprox.3 oz each)one bag sauerkraut2 cans diced tomatoes 14.5 oz1 small onion diced3 tsp splenda4 slices turkey bacon
place pork chops in 9x13 pan spayed with pam, cut bacon into small pieces and fry add onion to this when bacon in done add tomatoes and splenda mix well place sauerkraut over pork chops pour tomato mixture over everything cover with foil and bake at 325 for 1and 1/2 to 2 hours, or place three porkchops in crock pot then sauerkraut then remaining chops and pour tomato mixture over top, Place on high for 1/2 hour then low for 5-6 hours. I place everything in crock pot frozen and it cooks on low in about 8 -9 hours.
