Breakfast scramble

Ingredients
2/3 c Southern style frozen hashbrowns 1/2 c egg beaters1 slice turkey bacon, crumbled2 oz turkey smoked sausage, cut into slices2 Tbsp chopped onion1/2 c frozen spinach, thawed
Directions
In a skillet, lightly coat with olive oil or non fat cooking spray. Add onions and cook until slightly tender. Add spinach, and potatoes. Saute until potatoes have some color. Season with salt and pepper, as desired, each time you add a layer of food. Add turkey bacon and smoked sausage. Stir in egg beaters at the end and cook until eggs are the consistency desired.
