1 tsp Salt1 tsp Black pepper1 cup Panko breadcrumbs (Japanese-style)1 Egg Splash of water (about 1 Tbsp.)1/2 Cup Flour8 oz Cod fillet
1. Cut Cod fillet into 12-16 "sticks". Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Combine egg & water in medium bowl beat well.
3. Combine breadcrumbs, pepper and salt in large bowl.
4. Dredge cod sticks into the flour first, then the egg mixture, and then coat well with the breadcrumbs. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray, then place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
5. Serve with catchup and enjoy!
