Citrus Orange Roughy

Ingredients
6oz Orange Roughy, 2 garlic cloves, 1 Tbsp lime juice, 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp thyme, 2 Tbsp Extra vergin olive oil
Directions
Mix lemon and lime juice with the garlic cloves and thyme in the olive oil in a shallow bowl and soak the fish in the mixture for 10-15min put in a fryiny pan and cook till it flakes easily about 3 min on each side on medium heat. I like to make mixed frozen vegetables with this recipe it is one of my favorites
