Salmon Croquettes

6 oz can or package of salmon, drained well2 tablespoons olive oil1/2 cup chopped celery1 egg.5 or so of panko bread crumbs2 tablespoon chopped green onion4 lemon wedges
Heat oil in a medium-high skillet.
Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs together.
Form 4 patties from ingredients.
Dredge the patties in the bread crumbs.
Place patties in the skillet and cook until heated through and crispy on the outside.
Serve with lemon wedges.
