*Bean & Vegetable Burritos

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons chili powder2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin1 Tablespoon Extra Light Olive Oil4 cloves garlic, minced1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced1 bag Birds Eye The Ultimate Southwest Blend frozen vegetables1 large sweet potato, cooked peeled & diced1 can black beans, drained and rinsed3 Tablespoons lime juice1 Tablespoons cilantro8 (lg) Mission Multi-Grain Flour WrapsShredded Cheese & Sour Cream (optional)
Directions
1. Combine chili powder, oregano and cumin in small bow. Set aside.

2. Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add frozen vegetables and cook until thawed. Add black beans, sweet potato, lime juice, cilantro and spices.

3. Cook on low for 15 minutes until all flavors mix together. Serve 1/2 cup on each wrap and fold accordingly.

Nutrition based on a 210 calories wrap.
