Key Lime Cheesecake Fluff

8 oz. Fat free cream cheese2 T Splenda SugarBlend2 T Key lime juice 1/2 tsp. grated lime peel plus lime juice6 oz. container Dannon Light & Fit Key Lime yogurt1/2 cup fat free whipped topping1/4 cup low fat granola (I used Bear Naked Fit Vanilla Almond Crunch granola)
Whip cream cheese, Splenda blend, key lime juice and peel until creamy. Add yogurt and whipped topping. Sprinkle granola to just cover the bottom of 4 small bowls or large ramikens, squeeze lime used for rind to "wet" granola. Pour cream cheese mixture evenly into all bowls and refrigerate for 4 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle the rest of the granola on top. You could use graham cracker crumbs instead of granola.
