*Dreamfields low carb penne rigate, 2.25 cupCarrots, raw, 102 grams, slicedBroccoli, fresh, 106 grams, cut into small piecesZucchini, baby, 136 grams, slicedParmesan Cheese, shredded, 8 tbsp1 c. chicken broth(I use no fat low sodium)Half and Half Cream, .5 cup*Flour, white, .125 cup (2 Tb.)Butter, salted, 1 tbspChicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (cooked and cut into bite-size pieces)
Cook pasta till not quite done
Saute veggies
Make roux with butter and flour, stir in broth, stir in cream, stir in cheese. May top with more grated parmesan.
Mix everything together and bake in 359 oven until heated through
