Oven Fried Tilapia

1 T Light Land o Lakes Butter with Canola oil2 5 oz. tilapia filets1 c Reduced Fat Cheez-It crackers, crushed2 T grated parmesan cheese1T garlic powder1 t dried oregano1/2 t dried thyme
Place 1 T spreadable butter into a glass baking dish, and put it in the oven. Turn the oven on to 350 degrees.
While the oven is heating, combine the rest of the ingredients (other than the fish) in a shallow dish. When the oven is heated and the butter melted, remove the baking dish from the oven. Dip both sides of the fish fillets into the butter, and then dredge them in the cracker-cheese mixture, pressing the crumbs onto the fish.
Return the dish to the oven and bake the fish for 30 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes with a fork.
