Cheese and Bean Omlet

Ingredients
1 large whole egg1 egg white1/4 cup of canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained1 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
mix eggs in bowl until well blended. Spray preheated skillet with cooking spray and add eggs, add cheddar and pinto beans on top of egg mixture. Cook until eggs are solid, fold egg in half to finish omlet.

Add hot sauce or salsa if desired!

Serve immediately.
