Ingredients
2 whole wheat pitas1 cup diced mushrooms1 cup diced red peppers1 cup black olives1.5 cups part skim shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup pizza sauce
Directions
Makes 2 Pitas

1. Spread pizza sauce on each pita.
2. Place cheese all over pita.
3. Add vegetables as you wish.
4. Sprinkle some cheese over vegetables.
5. Put pitas in the oven for 10 minutes.
6. Remove, slice, and eat.
