Chicken Artichoke Pizza

Ingredients
Refrigerated pizza doughExtra Virgin Olive Oil2 Boneless skinless chicken breast1 Jar of marinated artichoke hearts1/2 bag of mozzarella cheese1/2 chopped onionItalian seasoning
Directions
Boil chicken with salt and pepper in water. Spread Refrigerate pizza dough onto pizza sheet. Drizzle EVOO onto the dough. Chop onion and add on top of dough. When chicken is cooked dice and also add to top of pizza along with drained artichokes. Sprinkle Cheese on top. Finish with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and fresh ground pepper. Bake in oven at 375 for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and pizza crust is browned. Yields 8 slices.
