Crepes

Ingredients
1 1/2 c flour1 Tbsp sugar1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 cups milk2 Tbsp butter, melted1/2 tsp vanilla2 large eggs
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add the rest and blend until smooth (no lumps). lightly grease skillet and heat to medium (5). Pour in a small amount of batter (about 1/4 cup for a 10-inch skillet) and immediately rotate to spread batter thin across the bottom of skillet. cook until bubbles form and edges start to curl or darken. Flip. cook until light brown in spots. Periodically regrease the skillet to keep crepes from sticking.

Makes about 16-20 large crepes (calories calculated per crepe if making 20)
