7's Spicy Sausage Supper

Ingredients
1 pound spicy or mild italian sausage1 box of flavored rice side dish (doesn't matter what flavor - just throw away the saltly seasoning pkg)1 can black beans2 can stewed tomato (i actually use the "fancy that has peppers and onions in it)2 cups of Frozen Pepper and onion mixhot pepper flakes if you want to add more HEAT
Directions
Prepare box of rice according to instructions but DO NOT use seasoning pkg.
Cut sausage into chunks and brown in skillet.
toss in frozen pepper and onions, black beans and canned tomatos in to the skillet. Sprinkle in some hot pepper flakes if desired and mix with the rice and serve.
