Salmon Muffins

2 tablespoons dry onions1 tsp margarine1 tsp black pepperdash salt4 cups dried whole wheat white bread cubes(about 4 slices bread dried and cubed)1/4 cup 99% fat free chicken broth1 large egg1 can pink salmon1 tsp NoSalt seasoning1 1/2 tsp sugarsprinkle of paprika2 garlic cloves, minced
Saute Veggies and salmon in margarine.
Mix and add seasonings/spices to veggies and salmon.
Mix chicken broth and egg.
Mix together bread cubes, veggies/salmon, chicken broth/egg all together in large bowl thoroughly
Make about 12 balls and place into muffin tin greased with nonstick cooking spray bake for about 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees until tops are brown and firm.
serves 5-6 with one-2 muffins a piece.
