Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced*Spanish Olives w/pimento - 10 OlivesCucumber, .5 medium cucumber dicedLight Mayonnaise, 2 tbspYogurt, plain, low fat, .25 cup10 whole wheat reduce calorie bread
Finely dice veggies and miX with mayo and yogurt.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Can add other seasonings to taste.
Toast bread lightly and add stuffing. About five servings.
