Vegan Cornbread - What in Cornation!

Ingredients
1 c Yellow corn grits1 c Whole wheat flour3 tsp Baking powder - aluminum free1 tsp Sea salt6 tsp Organic whole sugar cane1 c Soy milk1/4 c Applesauce - unsweetened
Directions
Preheat oven 400 degrees. In medium bowl mix dry ingredients. Combine soy milk and applesauce. Pour mixture into dry ingredients and stir. Do not over stir. Pour into an 8X8 square baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serves 12.
